These terms describe your use of ArtistOpp, built and operated by runMast LLC, a service for researching art opportunities, organizing application materials and sharing selected information with other artists. Questions can be sent to stewartdavidp@gmail.com.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in methods secure and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Research and applications
ArtistOpp helps you find and organize possibilities. Research may use AI and can contain errors, omissions or outdated details. Before applying or paying a fee, confirm deadlines, eligibility, costs and application instructions directly with the organizer. You decide which opportunities to pursue and what to submit. ArtistOpp does not guarantee eligibility, acceptance, funding or any other outcome, and is not a party to your arrangements with opportunity organizers.
Your work and materials
You retain ownership of the artwork, writing and other materials you provide. You give ArtistOpp permission to store and process those materials as needed to provide the features you use, and to display content you choose to share with the community. Upload or share only material you own or have permission to use. Keep your own copies of important work.
Community and acceptable use
Respect other artists and their rights. Do not post unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringing material, disclose someone else's private information without permission, send spam, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the service. We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect people or comply with law.
Privacy and other services
Our Privacy Policy explains how the service handles information. External opportunity websites, sign-in providers and any tools you choose to send materials to have their own terms and privacy practices.
Availability and changes
ArtistOpp is currently a pilot. Features and availability may change, and interruptions or data errors may occur. The service and research are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Leaving the service
You can stop using ArtistOpp at any time. For account or data deletion, contact stewartdavidp@gmail.com. Signing out does not delete your account or stored materials.
Updates to these terms
We will update the date on this page when the terms change. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email before they take effect.
